Key Objectives of This Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient employee processes and procedures, utilizing HR systems for accurate documentation.
- Ensure the continuous management of employee data and workflows related to candidate management, new-hire onboarding, and organizational changes.
- Oversee data / file management for new-hire and termination processes across all personnel databases.
- Contribute to the design and communication of annual benefits enrollment processes and programs.
- Proactively refine processes to enhance the management and accessibility of analytical data.
