Founded in 2014 by Seed Beauty®, and redefining luxury beauty by creating amazing products at affordable prices.The ColourPop team is looking for an experienced (Sr.) Account Manager for our Target channel. We are looking for a self-motivated, strategic professional with an outstanding track record in growing sales within Target profitably. The (Sr.) Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Target business, with a focus on evaluating and driving POS, managing the P&L, analyzing opportunities to optimize sales growth and maximize contribution margin.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for Target with a focus on building a strong, long-lasting partnership Drive the day-to-day business to achieve budgeted gross revenue (sell-in) and POS (sell-through), gross-to-net deductions, and operating expensesDevelop and implement plans to manage and grow the account, including working with cross-functional and external partner teamsLead assortment optimizations to drive growth in in-store and digital productivityLead the visual merchandising strategy for inline and offshelf opportunitiesManage POG fixture and signage updates with Target ISM / SEM teams Own the POG building process with Category Management third partyLead the development of an annual sales calendar, including key initiatives and secondary placements Coordinate and communicate needs to support the account across key functions - e.g., fulfillment, marketing, supply chain Work closely with demand planning to ensure accurate forecastingREQUIERED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in sales with a focus on Target account management and strategy in the CPG industry, preferably BeautyDemonstrated ability to achieve revenue and margin targets while promoting strong client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlinesStrong communication and leadership skills, managing priorities in accordance with company goals Be goal-oriented : set and achieve aggressive goals with measurable resultsWillingness to travel as necessary to meet with key account leaders cross-functional teamThe annual salary range for this position is $90k-100k.
