Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Personal Assistant to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and providing insights into our financial health.

Duties

  • Scheduling
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
  • Provide support in account reconciliation processes to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on financial concepts and best practices to enhance bookkeeping processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with team members across various departments.
