Job Description
- Support product portfolio, customer needs, and P&L objectives by contributing to all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Adhere to domestic and international regulations, local design control practices, and quality standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for small and large projects, generate new ideas or technologies, and develop initial designs and prototypes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test procedures, document results, and generate reports meeting regulatory guidelines.
- Assemble required documentation to transfer new product designs to production.
- Evaluate product issues and defects based on customer or manufacturing complaints, identify root cause, and develop corrective action plans.
- Create innovative solutions to existing products in areas of quality, cost, or functionality.
- Review, analyze, and approve design deviations as appropriate.
