What are the responsibilities and job description for the R&D Innovation Specialist position at COLTENE USA?
The successful R&D Innovation Specialist will be responsible for generating new ideas or technologies that can be applied to new products, creating and executing test procedures, and assembling required documentation to transfer new product designs to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to cross-functional teams for both small and large projects, focusing on innovation and problem-solving.
- Develop and implement design-related corrective action plans per quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering Services to create detailed drawings and specification documents.
- Provide direction to Marketing and/or Regulatory team members in the development of product labeling and literature.
- Maintain project and product documentation in accordance with GMPs, FDA, ISO, MDR, and other pertinent regulatory governance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding product design, quality, and manufacturing-related issues.
