Summary: The incumbent will work directly with Treasury Management teams (Product, Sales, Support) and Columbia Bank vendors to support technical aspects of the implementation process. They will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products and portals to support internal and vendor teams, create and maintain workflows, technical file reconciliation, file spec training for internal team members, file set-up and testing (SFTP, CD BAI, PD BAI), integration to customer facing systems, and act as a resource to provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback and recommendations. The incumbent will assist clients and the Treasury Management teams in collaboration with other Treasury Management Implementation Specialists with consultative recommendations, positioning, and issue resolution, while also conducting implementations for Treasury Management solutions.

- Work directly with Treasury Sales Consultant team members and Commercial Bank Vendors to support technical aspects of the implementation process.
- Oversee the implementation of treasury solutions, including technical requirements for file transmissions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, meet client expectations, and communicated to all relevant internal and external parties.
- Oversee the deployment of identified solutions, ensuring requirements are clear to the client, including file formats and customization as applicable.
- Provide technical guidance during the implementation, ongoing customer support, and at times assist the relationship team during the sales process.
- Take an active role in product projects as assigned, while building strong relationships with our clients.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations.
- Make decisions in complex situations; anticipate internal and external factors impacting business and implement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Establish internal dashboards for real-time tracking and monitoring, and leveraging the touchpoints to increase Bank value with clients.
- Execute with holistic understanding of end-to-end process, product and industry (e.g. excelling in customer retention, and client experience execution/Operations).
- Maintain a current knowledge of services offered by the Bank, and industry knowledge of new trends related to payments and information reporting.
- Actively seek ongoing training and user group discussions to share best practices with management and business partners on new services and improvements to current product set.
- Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred;
- 5 years of treasury management experience with an emphasis on reading and mapping files, file transmission protocols (SFTP, FTP), and complex product implementations;
- Understanding and ability to interpret file specifications;
