Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support across multiple areas throughout the resort including Front Desk, Guest Services, Retail, Housekeeping, and Spa to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead by example, mentoring guest-facing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Engage with guests, resolving issues promptly and enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of resort offerings and amenities to assist guests and team members effectively.
- Uphold SVR standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality in all functional areas.
- Assist in training new hires and developing team members to uphold SVR’s service standards.
- Communicates daily with the Resort Operations Director.
- Three or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or multi-functional operations role.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team support.
- Ability to multitask and seamlessly shift between operational areas as needed.
- Must thrive in secluded work locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and remain composed under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, scheduling software) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
