Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sand or grind metal and fiberglass surfaces to prepare products for prime, paint, or powder coat.
- Tape, plug, or mask areas that do not require prime, paint, or powder coat.
- Inspect and touch up light or missed areas.
- Experience with wet paint or powder coat application is preferred. If no experience, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to navigate computer systems to look up work instructions, cross reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
- Constantly lift and/or move to up 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
