About the Role :
As a Receptionist at The Wexford, you will :
- Provide professional communication, customer service, and assistance to residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supplies, and workroom organization.
- Maintain confidentiality, effective communication skills, and participate in meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For :
- 1 year of front desk experience or customer service experience preferred.
Skills :
- Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with residents, families, and staff , both in person and over the phone.
- Effectively manages multiple tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and document handling.
- Strong understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding health information.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $ 15 - $ 16 / hr . DOE
