Hiring a Clinic Nurse - RN for the Pain Management Clinic
Job Description : This position is responsible for the direct care of pain management patients on a day-to-day basis, including hands-on patient care in both clinic and procedures. In this position, you will be part of a clinical team dedicated to helping patients who suffer from chronic pain receive safe and responsible treatment options that help them improve their quality of life. This position will assess, plan, direct, administer, teach, and evaluate nursing care, and ensure quality and efficiency according to established hospital and PMG policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the NC (or compact state) Board of Nursing to practice as a RN.
- BLS.
- ACLS and CPI certification required at first opportunity after hire.
Preferred : BSN, MSN
Experience : Two years' experience as a clinical nurse in a hospital environment, preferably in critical care, surgery or emergency department. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize programs such as Microsoft. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
