We are in need of a friendly, responsible, caring, and customer service oriented person to fill a position in a small animal veterinary practice. This person should be a responsible, dependable person with capabilities of working alone or closely with co-workers and a willingness to help in many different areas of the clinic. We are a fast-paced small animal hospital that provides small animal, exotic, pocket pet care, and boarding services.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Checking in clients and their pets
- Answering phone calls
- Adding appointments to the schedule
- Invoicing
- Taking payments
- Communicating with clients and staff members
- Maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the clinic
- Most importantly, provide gentle and loving care to our patients.
Qualifications
- High-school diploma (higher education beneficial)
- Read/write English
- Experience with customer service
- Good time management skills
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Organizational skills
- Professionalism and maturity
- High proficiency in computer and communication skills (Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
