SENIOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Our Plant Operations team has an immediate opening at our Woodville, WI facility for a Senior Account Coordinator who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Account Coordinator at Comar you will be a critical member of the team building and supporting our most strategic customer relationships and plant operations initiatives. What you will do:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
· Understand customer expectations and improve / maintain service levels within an assigned customer base.
· Act as first point of contact for our most strategic accounts.
· Respond to customers in a timely manner via email and / or phone. Provide order confirmations and process any customer complaints within 24 business hours.
· Access and utilize department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for daily process and procedures including but not limited to order entry, customer support issues, pricing, samples, Engineering Change Order (ECO) notifications and credit requests.
· Complete workflow approval of acceptance of changed and / or new Customer Service SOP’s.
· Utilize internal escalation process for business at risk and all other applicable situations.
· Increase DELMIAWorks (formerly IQMS) and Salesforce proficiency to become a power user.
· Champion Customer Service excellence by reducing errors that result in parts being returned / credits being issued.
Account Management and Sales Support
· Maintain and grow existing revenue and profit within current assigned customer base.
· Provide regular periodic sales activity, quality, and delivery performance reports in support of customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) and other meetings as required.
· Attend QBRs and other customer meetings as required.
· Support customer visits to and audits of the facility.
· Support Business Development Managers in preparation for pricing and other contractual negotiations with customers.
· Escalate customer concerns and opportunities to the responsible Business Development Manager and Program Manager.
· Create presentations and other documents as needed.
· New Program Support: Assist Program Managers / Business Development Managers to ensure smooth transition from the pre-commercial phase of the program into the commercial supply phase.
· Build strong customer relationships and act as early source of customer intelligence in relation to new opportunities and potential issues. Communicate any potential issues to the plant leadership, and Business Development teams.
· Track MSA’s and understand milestones and triggers associated with them.
· Request Monthly Scorecards and work with internal teams and audits metrics.
Who we’re looking for:
· Associates Degree.
· Experience servicing key accounts in a similar role required.
Preferred:
· Experience working in a Medical Device Manufacturing and/or FDA Regulated industry (Plastics Packaging Manufacturing).
