We are seeking Production Control for a 3 month contract in Merritt Island, FL. Aerospace experience is highly desired.
A - Pay: $33.00, Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, 12 hour shift available 5am-5pm if desired
B - Pay: $36.30 Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am, 12 hour shift available 5pm-5am if desired
C - Pay: $36.63 Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between various departments within aerospace, ensuring the timely completion of production orders.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that materials and supplies are available when needed and minimizing production delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including work orders, production reports, and inventory logs.
Requirements
- Demonstrates understanding and is able to apply continuous improvement concepts
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and production planning software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement concepts is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required to meet production deadlines.
