You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to multitask, possess strong phone etiquette, and highly adaptable to our expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Setting appointments by following sales routes and schedules.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Handle phone calls, and texts with precision and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct heavy outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Document all interactions with clients accurately in the office management system.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or office setting.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Proven skills in outbound calling and sales techniques are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
