At Comfort Caregivers, we’re a trusted non-medical home care agency, and as we approach our 20-year anniversary, we’re seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our clients.
About the Role:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality care by effectively managing caregiver schedules, supporting and supervising caregivers, and conducting regular client visits. This position also involves assisting with HR tasks and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs, resolving conflicts promptly.
Caregiver Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure caregivers are well-equipped and supported.
Supervisory Visits: Conduct monthly client and caregiver visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
HR Assistance: Assist the HR Manager with interviewing, onboarding, and compliance processes.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address after-hours needs.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Experience: At least 3 years of home care experience.
Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and WellSky is a plus.
Interpersonal Strength: A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and a passion for helping others thrive.
