Comfort Inn, Bourbonnais is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our property in Bourbannais, IL. Responsibilities:
- Overall Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, marketing, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel budget, analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests to ensure exceptional service, address concerns promptly, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage relationships with key accounts, and implement effective marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a similar sized hotel within a branded chain.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams, build strong relationships, and achieve operational goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
