Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
