Duties:
- Greet guests and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and manage online booking platforms
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
