Comfort Keepers of the Greater Charlotte Region is searching for an experienced professional to manage their well-established in-home care agency servicing Mecklenburg and Union Counties.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall growth and operation of the service area. The position is responsible for financial performance as well as managing development, education, implementation, clinical, HR, sales, and ensures quality outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field and a minimum of 3 years of business leadership in a healthcare or related field.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Owner to make recommendations and adjustments when appropriate to achieve objectives and set goals.
- Directs and supervises the activities of the office staff to ensures compliance with agency policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as compliance with federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
- Maintains a positive relationship with clients and caregivers and a focus on the Comfort Keepers mission and the brand promise to Elevate the Human Spirit.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
