Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the hotel’s other departments to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Hotel Sales Manager will also build relationships with current and potential customers and for providing feedback on industry changes and trends.
Hotel Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
- Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
- Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
- Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
- Maintain Facebook and Social Media accounts
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work closely with the Front Desk team
- This position is also responsible for meeting room set-up, which requires the ability to lift and move conference tables that weigh up to 40 lbs. Some early mornings, nights and weekends are required.
Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
- Candidate must have previous customer service experience and sales experience, particularly in the hospitality industry, is preferred

Pay: $24.83 - $25.79 per hour
