Job Summary:
The Strategic Growth Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving significant business growth within the organization. The role requires an ethical approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities, comprehensive business acumen, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and outstanding business relationships.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute the marketing and teaming strategy for both the Commercial and DOD accounts.
- Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of growth initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track with timelines and budgets.
- Gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish solid working relationships with technical staff, division managers, and peers across the company.
- Conduct introductory meetings with companies existing the 8(a) program and those pursuing ISO, CMMI and CMMC certifications.
- Collecting and analyzing data from the organization to assess how well processes align with the CMMI framework, identifying strengths and weaknesses in their practices, and determining organization's maturity level based on the CMMI model, contributing to a comprehensive report on areas for improvement.
- Seek out commercial companies that don?t currently possess ISO, CMMI of CMMC certifications.
- Represent the company at Industry events and establish communications channels to track the status of requirements, explore new growth opportunities, and address teaming concerns.
- Produce, validate and ensure timely completion of program-specific reports.
- Arrange /Schedule partnership meetings for both Commercial and DOD accounts.
- Establish and grow APEX out-reach program.
- Develop relationships with Government Small Business Representatives, APEX offices and Contracting Officers.
- Communicating progress and aligning expectations with senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Director of Business Development as needed.
