What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Social Media Specialist position at Commerce House?
WHO YOU ARE
Someone who can’t scroll past a good brand TikTok without marveling at the subtle, but genius strategic thought behind it. Someone who enjoys capturing and creating content just as much as they love understanding and learning what grows engagement rates, all while guiding team members on winning social strategies.
Commerce House is looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who is a natural leader and has a strategic mind. This is someone who always gets the job done but then can’t help themselves – they just have to go above and beyond to solve that problem others have ignored or learn more so they can become an even better partner to their clients.
The Senior Social Media Strategist is a leader on the social media, digital content and content marketing team, with an emphasis on social media management and influencer marketing. This member will assist in and contribute to all digital content and social media efforts within the agency, in a variety of capacities. That includes social media posting, digital audience research, influencer relations, analytics and metrics reporting and more. The role will require being able to work independently to create and execute against long-term strategy plans and content calendars as well as reacting quickly to real-time social media execution.
A forward-thinking advertising agency like Commerce House knows the importance of strong editorial content and how it helps build a vibrant digital presence for brands. Reaching customers on social media is a growing practice, and being nimble, thinking differently and strong experimentation is needed. The Senior Social Media Strategist will be part of the team that navigates this new world.
