Job Summary: Under the direction of the Treasry Management Manager, the Treasury Management Officer I’s primary responsibility is to support the Bank’s clientele with their Treasury Management needs and provide support for Online Banking, ACH, Debit Card orders, Electronic Wire Originations, Lockbox, Mobile Check Deposits, Bill Pay, Cash Vault Services, Merchant Services, and Credit Cards. This position is highly involved in external client support calls, answering questions and problem resolution of the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services. Other responsibilities include client transitions to the bank, product development and support.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for supporting the Bank’s clients by providing transition service and ongoing support for Treasury Management products and services, such as NetBanker, ACH, electronic wire origination, lockbox, Finance Center, bill pay, cash vault services, merchant services and credit cards.
- This position is highly involved in external client support calls, answering questions and problem resolution of the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Treasury Management products and services for new and existing client base.
- Acts as the liaison between the frontlines, clients, and Central Processing Support, in the setup, monitoring, and ongoing cash order facilitation of cash vault services for the Bank’s clients.
- Provides product and service referrals to sales team to promote the relationship expansion of the Bank’s client base.
- Participates in new product development and implementation to ensure the operational integrity of systems and procedures.
- Monitors ACH Originations for Third Party Relationships. Daily and monthly fluctuations are reported to the Account Officer responsible for the account to perform further enhanced due diligence.
- Orders and maintains debit cards.
- Understands the Bank’s operational guidelines, by adhering to policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum education level of a High School diploma. College degree preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of knowledge and experience with bank core processing software, and treasury management products and processes preferred.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong presentation skills.
- Proven microcomputer skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
