- Customer Communication : Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth communication regarding service appointment times, technician arrivals, and updates.
- Create and Manage Work Orders : Generate and maintain accurate service call work orders, ensuring all details are correct for technicians to perform their duties efficiently.
- Track Service Call Progress : Monitor the status of ongoing service calls to ensure timely completion and handle any issues that arise to keep operations running smoothly.
- Professional Interaction : Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
