Commercial Lightning Products is seeking a Project Administrator for our Lexington, SC office.
Commercial Lightning Products designs and installs lightning protection and grounding systems throughout the Southeast.
As a Project Administrator, you will:
- aid in the project set-up process and provide support to the Area Manager.
- verify the accuracy of work orders and project billing documents.
- coordinate travel and overnight stay plans for project teams.
- provide a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the branch.
The successful candidate will:
- have demonstrated experience providing customer service and administrative support, preferably in a construction and trades environment.
- have excellent time management skills and experience working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- be proficient with cloud-based software systems, preferably Google Suite.
- be able to meet our background screening requirements which include criminal and drug screens.
