As part of the CTG team, you will be working closely with our Human Resource Director to support the company's growth and development.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Director and other members of the HR team.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
• Develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the HR function.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll and time-keeping platforms.
