Our Fiscal Team is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk that will:
- Be responsible for accurate input/review of accounting batches for accounts payable vouchers and general ledger entries.
- Retrieve mail, date stamp and distribute accordingly.
- Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail required
- Fast paced office environment
- Provide support to the fiscal and administration department as needed; Including collection of gas receipts, preparation of copy counts and other vendor reporting as assigned.
- Use database for reporting and verifying entries A/P entries
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts and other required documentation.
Candidate Qualifications:
- FundEZ experience preferred
- Associate’s degree in accounting/business or a combination of education and professional experience working in an office environment with assigned data entry and administrative responsibilities
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without the need for Visa Sponsorship
Job Offer Details:
- Competitive Hourly Rate Offered--->$21/hr
- Monday-Friday schedule. 20 Hours/week
