Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains of NH our inn is a cozy retreat where visitors come to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. We're looking for a friendly, hands-on Innkeeper to help us continue that tradition of comfort, care, and connection.

Who You Are:
You’re a natural host who loves people, pays attention to the little things, and enjoys wearing many hats throughout the day. Whether it’s guiding our front desk team, chatting with guests about local hidden gems, or making sure rooms are spotless and inviting, you take pride in creating exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with ease
• Oversee daily housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, cozy, and guest-ready
• Maintain the charm and upkeep of the inn, both inside and out
• Handle basic administrative tasks like emails, phone calls, and guest questions
• Be a local guide—offering recommendations, directions, and a friendly chat
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family

What you will need:

· Strong background in marketing, outstanding computer skills, property management and building sales. An entrepreneurial spirit to run your building with heart, and compassion, all while holding your staff accountable to the highest standards.

· At least two years as an innkeeper in a similarly sized location.

• Flexibility—you’re happy to pitch in wherever needed
• Previous experience in an Innkeeping role is a must
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for much of the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
