Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The PBX Operator is responsible for the hospital telecommunications.
- Effectively operates a multi-line telephone console transferring and connecting customers to their destinations.
- This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Previous PBX or multi-line experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Possesses good verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate ability to prioritize work needs and demonstrate good judgement.
Preferred:
Previous customer service experience.
