Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health, Central Coast health care philosophy, the Pharmacist Clinical ensures the quality of pharmaceutical services by developing and coordinating clinical service programs focused on quality assurance activities, educational endeavors, clinically specialized services, and monitoring and evaluation of drug therapy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two to three years experience as a clinical pharmacist
- B.S. Pharmacy; or M.S. Pharmacy, or Pharm. D.
- REGISTERED PHARMACIST (RG PHARMST)
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of hospital staff physicians and the general public.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacy residency is preferred.
