About Doshii The Doshii Platform enables modern hospitality merchants to connect a growing range of digital commerce Apps directly to their Point of Sale (POS). The Doshii API Platform, dashboard, tools and features work to enable Apps, POS and venues to streamline their connectivity, reduce costs, manage their online platforms and take back control of their customer-base. The Platform allows real-time data exchange between Apps and POS. About the Role Bars, restaurants, cafes and takeaways are these days using a huge variety of disconnected systems. Over 70k venues exist in the hospitality space alone are struggling to optimise their operations, manage their online sales channels and provide their customers more value and new payment options. Doshii is a marketplace which endeavours to fix this problem by connecting all of these disparate systems. We are looking for a Business Development Executive, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, to help drive our fast growth and ensure we reach our aggressive growth milestones. The Business Development Executive will be very hands-on working directly with customers, partners and multiple internal stakeholders and will work within a small and energetic sales team. Together, the team’s and your primary focus will be to sign up new venues and partners to Doshii while ensuring win-win outcomes for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ensure all individual performance targets and KPI’s are met and exceeded Identify new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline in line with Doshii growth targets Take ownership of your own lead generation End to end management of customer journey, from Prospect through to Closed Won Sell Doshii to customers within our ideal customer profile Upsell and account manage existing Doshii customers, always searching for additional revenue opportunities Form strategic alliances with partners and other groups that could help grow Doshii Help to continually improve and build upon Doshii’s Sales and Business Development strategy Always be the Voice of the Customer within Doshii Establish and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to help deliver to customer expectations About You Extensive Sales and Business Development experience, ideally in businesses selling into the Hospitality or Retail Industry. Deep Understanding of Hospitality/F&B businesses Understanding of Payments and Merchant Acquiring products & services Strong analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive actions. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams Strength in problem-solving, communications, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. You’ll be involved in rapidly connecting customers to a new and exciting product which is used by some of the most innovative companies in order ahead, payments, reservations, loyalty and data aggregation.
