About your team:
The Specialist Lending recruitment team support frontline growth, our team is directly responsible for proactively sourcing and hiring talent who will provide excellent customer service experiences to our customers every day.
Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity within CBA. We support business leaders to attract, select and hire the best talent to meet the Group’s current and future workforce needs.
This role is to act as a senior proactive talent acquisition specialist supporting frontline lending growth.
What does success look like?
- Act as a brand ambassador for the CBA Group
- Identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses’ current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive talent market
- Role model and influence hiring managers on sourcing strategy and diversity agenda
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical roles within your business, delivering excellent candidate care, and with a focus on quality and best fit
- Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in proactive talent sourcing best practice, talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques
- Use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with Senior Business HR leaders
- Collaborate with the wider TA community to support key projects and initiatives aligned to our Group TA Strategy
What will help you succeed?
- Ideally knowledge and experience recruiting within Banking and/or Lending recruitment
- You have an impressive track record of leveraging a variety of sourcing channels strategies to attract diverse talent and driving proactive partnership with leaders.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
