Summary
A rapidly growing financial services firm is looking for a Coordinator for our Investment Operations Department. This individual will need to perform numerous tasks and projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and personable attitude.
Key areas of responsibility
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors including application data entry and case tracking
- Investment business pre-review of completeness and understanding of account suitability
- Deliver prompt communication on the status of applications in our database
- Act as liaison between Advisors and Home Office until account completion
- Proactively follow up on NIGO’s
- Collaborate with other Investment Operations Coordinators to serve as back up support when needed
- Maintain working knowledge of the other two PE departments to provide case overflow support
- Help train new Investment Ops Coordinators and Advisors on the process
- Diligently and in real-time communicate case status in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Identify when RightBRIDGE proposals and other conditional forms are required and where to file documentation
- Manage case tracking via various case status' and identify when it acts as an intermediary between home office and the advisor
- Provide expertise knowledge within Practice360 and Account Opening systems
- Troubleshoot Advisor360 investment related questions and provide resolutions
- Provide support and training for Advisor360 to advisors and their staff
- Special Projects and other job duties as necessary
- Contact clients to pre-fill paperwork and address discrepancies as needed
- Request, track, and file all pertinent documents for each financial product, as required
- Promptly respond regarding Advisor new business submissions and follow-ups
