Commonwealth Law Group is currently in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a paralegal. As an integral member of our firm, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our attorneys. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, medical providers, courts, and insurance companies, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain case files and manage document production
- Prepare for court hearings and trials
- Conduct client interviews and communicate with clients
- Organize and manage case calendars and deadlines
- Draft discovery request and respond to discovery request from opposing counsel
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- 2-4 years of paralegal experience
- Authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
