- DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, your program administration responsibilities will involve developing policies and procedures that align with federal and state regulations, as well as the program's mission. You will also oversee Pennsylvania's Ryan White Part B Service Standards, ensuring compliance and consistency in program administration and service delivery. Your grant management duties will include assisting with federal grant applications, adhering to federal guidelines, service utilization, and Pennsylvania statistical data to secure federal funding for all HIV services. Fiscal duties will involve providing the program manager with recommendations on HIV service utilization for budget planning and resource allocation to regional grantees. Additionally, you will support the department by offering insights and recommendations to the program manager related to HIV services, leveraging program data, federal initiatives, and expectations to ensure alignment with both our mission and federal funders' objectives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time with a minimum of one day per month in the office or as required. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Public Health Program Associate 2 (commonwealth title); or
- A bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the development, analysis, or monitoring of programs, grants, or contracts in health, human services, social or behavioral services, health care services, or health insurance; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
