Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with the application process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident information and lease agreements
- Perform data entry tasks to update resident databases and track community metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
- Upsell additional services or amenities to current residents to enhance their living experience
- Collaborate with legal administrative staff to ensure compliance with Section 8 housing regulations
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage resident communications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and regulations is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
