CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking Licensed Counselors on a Fee-For-Service (FFS) basis! Fee-For-Service Counselors will provide direct clinical services, in an outpatient and/or residential setting. Fee-For-Service providers are paid per billable hour and provided compensation for mandatory meetings or supervision.

What you'll do:
- Provide trauma informed, evidence-based counseling services.
- Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers. Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy.
- Provide crisis interventions, as needed.
- Provide assessments, as needed.
- Perform clinical record keeping.
- Provide client and family education.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
- Minimum LPC or LSW is required. Those with LISW or LPCC preferred.
- Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is a plus
- Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired
- Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired!
- Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele
- Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counseling
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
