Pathways to Success Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide counseling services.
The LPC will support clients in overcoming personal and professional challenges by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role includes conducting assessments and developing treatment plans focused on meeting the needs of our clients.
Clinical Counseling & Support: Provide individual therapy to clients of various ages, addressing emotional, behavioral, and career-related concerns. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
Guide clients with vocational interests, workplace challenges, and career transitions.
Community & Program Development: Support the development and facilitation of educational workshops, support groups, and outreach programs.
Contribute to continuous program improvement by incorporating client feedback and best practices. ---
Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of [1] year of clinical experience working with children, teens, and/or adults. Strong understanding of mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and HIPAA compliance.
