Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Counselor to join our team. The Clinical Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to helping clients achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions to individuals and groups
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in the field of mental health counseling
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Clinical Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, IMFT)
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
- Current Active clinical license with the State of Ohio
- Graduate Degree in counseling or marriage & individual therapy
- Training in individual/family therapy systems.
