We are recruiting an outstanding Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team in Shakopee, MN.
- u will be required to be in the office three days a week._
- This team focuses on the research and development of strategic fiber optic products.
- How You'll Help Us Connect the World :
Our R&D Engineers build innovative designs of new components and assemblies and documentation to support the release of new and modified cable products by meeting project targets and schedules and documentation of product requirements based on industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for cable documentation / product research and development activities, including investigations, product development, platforming and continuous improvement. Activities include working with cross-functional teams to innovate, design, bring new products to market, and continuously improve existing products through cost and efficiencies.
This position has growth potential per the engineering technical ladder, with four additional engineering titles, each with growing responsibilities. International travel may be required in this role.
