Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Product and Service Assistance: Provide knowledgeable responses to questions regarding Communiboost's services, promotions, and general inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and, when necessary, escalating calls to a supervisor or relevant team.
Data Entry: Accurately document call details, update customer records, and ensure data integrity within our system.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or send emails to ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to address client needs and improve overall service quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
