What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Repair Specialist position at CommuniCare Corporate?
CommuniCare Health Services is a world-class provider of health care services throughout 6 states. We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Repair Specialist in our IT department to support our facilities in the Cincinnati area. This is a full time position that will be based out of our corporate office located in the Blue Ash area.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide end user support Repairing computer equipment.
- Manage tickets in Service Now system.
- Hardware support, including desktops, thin clients, laptops, iPads, iPhones, android devices, printers, multi-function copiers, multimedia equipment and wireless devices.
Perform routine maintenance on all end-users’ computers as required.
- Work closely with the other IT Staff to develop and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Assist in final testing of new products.
- Setup and deploy all equipment orders for shipment to end users.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of computer repair experience.
- Microsoft O365 Intune knowledge and implementation experience.
- Proficient in Service Now.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical procedures in layperson’s terms.
- Interpersonal skills requiring a maximum in courtesy, etiquette and tact, in order to deal effectively with all levels of management, staff, and outside vendors. Ability to work independently
- - candidate must be a "self-starter".
- Reliable transportation.
- Technical Certifications a plus.
