Pay: $21-22 per hour $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Now hiring compassionate individuals for full-time and part-time DSP positions.

What You’ll Do As a DSP

• Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living, personal care, and household tasks
• Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities
• Administer medications (training provided) and document health and behavioral updates accurately
• Foster a safe and respectful environment in both home and community settings
• Collaborate with team members, families, and external providers to deliver person-centered care
• Participate in team meetings, professional training, and ongoing development
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience in caregiving or social work is a plus but not required – we provide training!
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals ready to advocate for people with disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to drive for the company
• Ability to pass a national background check
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks
