Qualifications:Level I:
- Has a high school diploma/GED and three years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Has a high school diploma/GED and five years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, copying, mailing, and tracking information.
- Screen and direct telephone calls, providing routine information and referrals.
- Receive referrals from Family and Community Support programs and track information using program procedures.
- Enter intakes and programmatic file information into ClientTrack, our client database system.
- Arrange logistics for meetings and activities, develop agendas, and prepare meeting materials.
- Compile and record statistical data, creating comprehensive reports.
- Distribute information, letters, and memos to program management and staff.
- Assist with the preparation of letters, brochures, bulletins, announcements, and flyers.
- Manage mail, packages, and correspondence distribution.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for non-office supplies.
- Track and voucher bills related to relevant programs.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly office space.
- Attend staff meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.
- Adhere to safety rules and practices, ensuring maximum safety for yourself, colleagues, clients, and children.
- Perform other duties as needed.
