We are currently seeking an Adult Residential Program Supervisor for our Des Moines Women's Unit. This program is for clients receiving care for substance use disorders. The person in this role oversees the entire program, including direct supervision of counselors and direct care staff as well as managing client needs and ensuring quality treatment is being provided. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the clinical operation and functioning of CFR’s Des Moines Residential Women's program in accordance with the IHHS Licensure Standards and CARF standards.
• Responsible for crisis calls, evaluations, treatment planning, case management, and referrals on all adult clients and family members engaging the adult residential services of CFR.
• Responsible for delivery of treatment activities to clients in light of such treatment plans through the supervision of other residential staff.
• Responsible directly or by designation for seeing that appropriate records, including medical and others, are kept in accordance with outlined procedures; this includes all records and reports as may be required by IHHS for licensing, certification, and quality operation of the Des Moines Women's residential program of CFR.
• Responsible directly or by designation for staff training and development, including performance evaluations of adult residential treatment staff.
• Assist the program in developing policies and procedures relating to the assessment, treatment, levels of care determination for adult clients, and assist and advise clinical staff in total client care management.
• Leads and participates in staff meetings.
• Assist with budget development, monitoring and performance.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences or related field is required.
• Current certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC or IADC) through the Iowa Board of Certification is required.
• 3 years of full-time experience in substance abuse counseling is strongly preferred.
• 3 years of full-time experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
