About Us

We are a leading community management firm based in Pleasanton, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners associations (HOAs). We are seeking a Billing Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly billing and collections of homeowner association dues.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries related to payments and billing.
  • Research and reconcile account balances and payment histories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with various administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly learn new software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in an office, banking, or professional environment is a plus.

Work Schedule
