We are a leading community management firm based in Pleasanton, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners associations (HOAs). We are seeking a Billing Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly billing and collections of homeowner association dues.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries related to payments and billing.
- Research and reconcile account balances and payment histories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with various administrative accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly learn new software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in an office, banking, or professional environment is a plus.
