Community Collision Centers is a full-service auto body repair shop. With its flagship location in Leesburg, Florida, CCC is looking to expand throughout Florida and nationally. Servicing hundreds of vehicles a year form this single shop, CCC employs both paint and body techs with decades of experience.
What's more, CCC offers the full gambit of repair and paint services with OE Certifications from the following manufacturers: GM, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infinity, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Lincoln, Subaru, and Tesla. CCC is a stalwart of the Leesburg community and plans to expand its tradition of excellence in the coming years. We are looking for a candidate with previous parts experience or passion for cars who is interested in moving into estimating. This is an entry-level position that will be offered training.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and retuning parts for each repair order
- Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders confirming the quality, correctness and quantity of parts received, accurately identifying parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
- Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs
- Meet with customers to discuss damages, repair process, and timelines
- Maintain communication with customer and be able to answer questions throughout the process
- Validate repair process and customer updates within the system
- Manage parts tracking and ability to reconcile files
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Experience with CCC
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices
- Ability to function well in a fast past environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- Basic computer skills
