We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Service Coordinator to support our Jamestowne therapy campus, a consistently top-rated 5-star, 42,000-square-foot inpatient and outpatient rehab facility. The Social Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting Health Services’ activities in the pre-admission, admission, discharge, social services, and follow-up administrative clerical processes at assigned campus/facility. This position is resident/family facing which requires a high level of customer service skills. The Social Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This position maintains adequate inventory levels of medical supplies for the nursing department.

Pay:
- Starting at $18.00, based on experience
Schedule:
- Part Time
- Monday - Friday
- 30 hours per week
- Alternating between 8:00am - 2:30pm one week, and 11:30 - 6:00pm the next
