Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Development Specialist to join our team in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that support our emergency response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Software Applications: Design and develop scalable, efficient, and well-documented software applications to support our emergency response efforts.
• Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver software features.
• Ensure High-Quality Code Standards: Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards to maintain the integrity of our codebase.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our software development processes.

Requirements:

• Strong Foundation in Computer Science: A strong foundation in computer science, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C .
• Agile Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
