What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Community Hospital?
Home Health LPN: Approximately 32 hours/week typically working Monday – Friday plus on-call rotation to include nights and weekends.
Job responsibilities include: Providing care, while promoting optimum client independence in a home setting within the scope of practice and according to all regulations. Effectively interacts with families, physicians, and other health team members.
Qualifications:
- Nebraska LPN licensure required
- Valid driver’s license required
